Deposit
& Cancellation policy is as follows:
A non-refundable deposit of $75 is
due with the registration form. The balance is due 60
days prior to the event date. Any registrations received
after that but prior to the event date must be accompanied
with your payment in full.
Your deposit of $75 is non-refundable regardless of when
you needed to cancel your reservation.
Cancellations received outside of 31 days but less than
60 days prior to the event date will be charged 50% of
the price of the package, unless we are able to resell
the package.
Cancellations received anytime within 30 days of the event
date will result in a full charge for the package, unless
we are able to resell the package.
