Cancellation policy is as follows:
For cancellation notices received within 14 days of the arrival date, a penalty of 50% of the total charges (or one night's stay, whichever is higher) will be processed -- only if the room cannot be rebooked for the entire reservation. If the room cannot be resold for the entire length of the original reservation the full cancellation penalty be processed. Please note that if you arrive after the date specified, depart earlier than scheduled or do not show at all, there will be a full charge for those lost nights.
